  25. 1. What is Kaspersky Anti-Virus MailChecker?

  28. Kaspersky Anti-Virus MailChecker is an antiviral program that provides a reliable
  29. protection of the mailbox against viruses. It checks all messages 
  30. for viruses with the help of software compatible with Microsoft
  31. Exchange Client (for example Outlook 2000).

  33. 2. Installation procedure

  36. Launch the setup file (SETUP.EXE) and follow the simple
  37. instructions, which appear on the screen.

  39. Once the installation is completed the anti-virus protection
  40. for mailbox is activated.

  44. ========================
  45. Run your Outlook or whatever Exchange client you have and configure
  46. Kaspersky Anti-Virus MailChecker in "Tools\Options" menu.

  48. 4. Virus Definitions

  51. Kaspersky Anti-Virus MailChecker uses the same anti-virus 
  52. database as other Kaspersky Anti-Virus products. In order to keep your defence
  53. at the highest level do not forget to download the latest weekly
  54. virus definitions from Kaspersky Lab's WWW (http://www.kaspersky.com) 
  55. or FTP site (ftp://ftp.avp.ru).

  57. 5. Uninstallation procedure

  59. - Enter "Control Panel" folder from "Settings" menu in "Start" button.
  60.   Then double click on "Add/Remove Programs" icon, select 
  61.   "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Office 2000" and click on
  62.   "Add/Remove" button.
